Biografia
David graduated with a degree in Biology from Complutense University in Madrid, Spain, with a special focus on molecular neurobiology. During his undergraduate studies he developed a considerable interest in the biological mechanisms behind cognition and behaviour. After his bachelor he moved to Ireland, where he obtained his MSc in Neuroscience from Trinity College. During his career he has performed different research activities in Spain, Denmark, Ireland and Austria. After teaching for two years at Webster University in Vienna, he decided to continue his scientific career. David is currently developing his doctoral studies at the Functional Neuroimaging Laboratory, directed by Dr. Alessandro Gozzi. His studies aim to unveil how subcortical regions of the brain might orchestrate cortical functional connectivity.
